The suit alleged that the defendants failed to administer prescribed medication to prevent deep vein thrombosis or pulmonary embolism and that the patient died of a pulmonary embolism in his left lung

The plaintiff alleges the defendants failed to take all the necessary steps to properly care for her husband; failed to adequately inform his physician of the nature and extent of his medical issues, and failed to adequately and completely carry out doctor’s orders for their treatment.
